I took this game off my radar the moment heard about the microtransactions stuff. I don’t even know what is involved in it (apparently loot boxes based on your post). I may pick the game up during a sale in a few years. I have no interest in games with this business model.

I feel like review bombing a game as well known as PUBG at this point does nothing to hurt the devloper. It’s when the little unknown indy-type game gets bombed that it probably ruins the game.

Boring. I guess the only thing I would like to see at some point is the ability to completely disable the light bar on the controller. It is annoying and I’ll never use the add-on it was designed for. Hopefully this update doesn’t bring any big bugs to the majority of people who won’t use these features.

What about game patches? I assume at some point those servers will all shut down as well right? Have any of the console makers older systems had their game patching discontinued?

Hah, at some point I will do that. Terranigma as well is a good one we didn’t even get in the US. I worry about doing it so early though.

Yeah, I had a pre-order and ended up buying off the truck (there well over 100 people lined up if I had to guess and they just kept coming). I cancelled my preorder though so there is one more going up at some point.

Was there a way to monetize live streams? I could see them just not wanting you to monetize the live stream. It would be weird to watch non-partners for live content and partners for reviews and stuff.
