The first mistake Starbucks made was in not even disciplining the two Black employees at the Philly location. They made the phone call, not the woman who was offsite and a regional manager overseeing 100 stores. A simple note of “Coaching and Counseling” would have covered their asses. 

It’s sad but not surprising how badly some of you want utter ruin for this woman. I’ve seen calls for her imprisonment and even death. But even losing her job, over THIS? You want vengeance, not justice.
