I’m a Porsche lover but all I read here are a bunch of excuses for a VERY VERY VERY expensive car.

That kinda depends on the type of off roading. In many overlanding scenarios I think you’d have a point. But rock crawling, and even running shorter trails would probably benefit from electrification. In the warmer months, I take my Wrangler on trails all over Colorado. I might be concerned about having a full charge…
I do my best not to give TSA people shit for it but I get extra screening even though I’ve got TSA Pre-Check. I walk through the metal detector and there is a ding. Upon which my bag is screened again and I might get a pat down..
I would say that this further damages my faith in humanity but I’m not particularly sure this jackass is human.
I’m tall, long legged, and have bad knees. I’ve been sitting for two or more hours. If I wanna stand, I’ma gonna stand.
In other words, it doesn’t fit your use case. That’s fine. EVs are 90-95% there in being a full ICE vehicle replacement. That’s a HUGE amount of progress from where we were 10 years ago
I thought child seats would do a better job of protecting these kids?
Is Porsche the only company that can make sexy looking green cars? Damn that looks great.
Not really. You have a lot of people like my wife that just buy something like side steps. They’re only about $250. It just averages out people like me that spend nearly $10K so I can crawl trails in the Rockies.
good riddance to bad trash.
No, he hasn’t. He sure as heck hasn’t taken a serious look at any Lincoln product.
I’ve cut WAAAAY back on my beer drinking (down 25lbs so far) but Shiner is what I reach for when I still want a beer.
I’ve never disliked NASCAR for the quality of their drivers. There are a great many other things for me to dislike but their drivers are friggin’ awesome.
If Ford doesn’t answer RAM by offering the PowerStroke on the XL (or at least the XLT) in 2020 then I think you comments will be perfectly validated.
The reason the truck itself is cheaper than the F-150 is due to Ford only offering the PowerStroke in the Lariat or higher trim models. All Ford has to do is offer their engine in the XLT and XL. Not exactly a hard thing to do.
I agree with you with one caveat.
Not trying to throw you under the bus here, but have you actually driven a ‘good’ EV? I drove a model 3 dual motor and it was a seriously kick ass fun car to drive. I too will miss the rumble of a good V8 but speed, acceleration, and handling are making up for that in spades.
Ford can suck it for not selling this in ‘Murica...
Nah, just giving the Maxima a REAL tranny would fix 90% of what’s wrong with it. AWD would be icing.
