This mod is definitely one of the best. I actually waited with buying the game until I confirmed that it existed. The normal dialogue options are such a no-no.

THIS. I loved the show when it first started, and you’ve perfectly captured why I’ve grown to hate it. Bernadette in particular pisses me off - she was weird and cute in the beginning, and now she’s just generally terrible.

I agree with everything you said, but I would like to point out that Sheldon having sex does not make him NOT asexual. Asexual people can and do have sex.

EXACTLY. One of the 100+ things that are wrong with this show.

It’s my guess after they do the DEED, Sheldon will begin ranting “Why didn’t anyone tell me about this sex stuff, Amy let’s do it again and again!”

I think that is what bothers me most about it. His relationship with Amy and moving away from asexuality is seen as “growth”. I’m not asexual, but even I can understand the frustration at having somebody becoming “more normal”, and that meaning wanting to have sex.

The woman who sits next to me at work is a huge BBT fangirl. HUUUUUUUGE. She has a framed TV Guide cover in her cube, for chrissakes. She said she wants her granddaughter to marry Jim Parsons (yeah, about that...). The day after a new episode, I have to listen to her recap it to everyone within earshot.

As a geek who has too frequently been compared to Sheldon I would expect that the two of them would have matching whiteboards with lists of erogenous zones sorted from least to most common.

I completely agree! Although I wouldn’t include any such caveats. (And as a person who HAS left the country for long periods of time, I’m usually doing so much last minute packing that we don’t have the time for sex.)
