Yep. We’re sadly, frustratingly, looking at another solid decade of work and that’s only if this admin exits between now and 2020. They haven’t gotten their big agendas through but we could still bleed out from a thousand tiny cuts for many, many years.

I always make the point that Bannon is a Nihilist. Everything he does is in service of trying to make people see the world the same way he does. Which is that everything that people do/hope/believe is stupid and pointless.

It’s got me worried. I despise the man, but will concede that he is very, very smart. Every word of that incendiary interview had purpose.

I remember when Mitt Romney was considered too far to the right. Haha, those were the days.

This is clearly a fake - you can tell because there are less than 3 exclamation marks. Also there’s no way Trump can spell “presidential”. SAD!!!

And Herr Doktor Seb (“the Nazi”) Gorka.

Romney’s seems to be the most emphatic of the statements; most follow a script that avoids using Trump’s name and reiterates a mythos that positions racism and bigotry as the antithesis to American values and history.

Never forget...

Given the interview he gave recently, I’m pretty sure this is Bannon’s own move. Unless he found out a week or two ago about getting let go.

Yeah, this is my big issue right now. Bannon knew exactly what he was doing when he gave that interview. So why did he do it?

With Hope Hicks whispering in Trump’s ear in an official capacity.

Why? Stephen Miller is still there.

Everything Bannon does is calculated, including that bizarre interview. I think a GOP civil war is exactly what Mr. Chaos wants. :/

Alas, probably not going to change much:

My fear is that he now goes back to his megaphone [breitbart], armed with insider info, and continues his fomenting of racist fuckwits. I think he might see himself as some kind of Littlefinger manqué, now leading his Knights of the Vale[/KKK] to the rescue of the poor, besieged white race... I’m glad he’s out of the

Awww, I miss the banhammer.

Mephistopheles/Bannon: “Why this is Hell (Breitbart), nor am I out of it”

So now that Bannon is out and can’t be blamed for Trump’s awful policy, Conservatives are going to have to admit that their president really is a piece of shit of his OWN making.
