It is very generic now - take the A from the front and that grill can be a Buick, Kia, Hyundai etc...Beak was not bad - the color was. I saw some Acuras with the chrome part of the beak painted in body color, and it looked good.

Never, ever, ever thought I’d say this, but they actually managed to make it look worse by taking away that beaked monstrosity they called a design cue

This. As a 3d-modeler I can say lot of perfectly proportioned classics, like the Aston Martin V8 Vantage for example, look really strange in orthographic view. The car is also rendered with diffuse materials. These pictures exist to communicate about the form of the car, they are not photorealistic renderings.

The title picture looks funny because the model was rendered in isometric projection. It’s not natural and can make things look distorted.
