Thats the wrong engine you have there. There are multiple Audi 4.2 V8, the one in the A6 is a timing belt engine and is fairly robust. Its the 5-speed autos that blow up after 120k miles because they never get serviced.

I have to say, I really really want that 929. Yes, not as well known as its competitors, but I love the early 90s Mazda styling!

That was just a joke :)

For those not speaking German, the plan is to covert it to quattro as well. It’ll basically be a 500hp Up! Quattro once done. :D

Thank you! I love cars from this era and knew that it would have ended up with someone who’d have no clue about the car, or how to fix it (as has been the case before I got it...). It would have been scrapped sooner rather than later really. And while it’s probably cheaper to just find a clean one in the states and

I think with all the cars I’ve got that need work done on them, progress might be a bit too slow, I’ll see if I can write a post about things that happened so far though, I’ve done a bit of work on it to trouble-shoot the non-starting issue, learnt quite a bit about the car (and the crap the previous owners have done

I actually wanna keep it as stock as possible, visually at least. The spare is only on there right now because the back wheel had a large hole in the tire, its a complete set. Would like to have the chrome version of them though. I’ve tried figuring out why it wouldn’t start and after troubleshooting pretty much

Great to see more love for the Aurora, I think its a 90s GM classic and definitely deserves more recognition. I absolutely love them, and while GM never sold them here, I actually managed to find one on Ebay here in the UK (imported from Canada ages ago). Instantly bought it! It will take a while before its back on

+10000 for the Aurora. I like it so much that I bought one the moment it showed up on Ebay here in the UK. It needs a ton of work and getting parts for it over here isn’t cheap either, but its the only one I know of in the country and Im committed to getting it back on the road.

I could start my stories of rage on my daily commute to work here in Newcastle again, but I’m just gonna say that 70% of drivers on these roads HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO FUCKING DRIVE PROPERLY. Cheers, a German.

Price was too good to be true. at 23k, it would be a steal.

Ffs Lincoln, 18.5 Feet is pathetic! Its not a proper AMERICAN Lincoln if I can’t drive it in two different time zones AT THE SAME TIME

Diesels didn’t really get a chance even before VWs cheating was revealed, obviously the current situation makes it worse. That doesn’t mean he’s wrong though. Why would they even think about bringing back Diesel cars if there wasn’t a real market for them in America in the first place, that only got even more

BMWs 3/5 (now 6) series GT cars are not competitors to the A5/A7, the 4 and 6 series Gran Coupes are there for that. The GT cars are just another weird niche market model BMW came up with, basically a taller (appearing), less practical wagon to slot between the 5-series wagon and the X6. Its now called a 6-series to

Sub 35 grand for a newish CTS V-Sport!? If I was living in the states, I’d figure out how to got one right now, holy crap!

Well, from what I can see in the video, driver in the SUV took the corner (visible at 1:50) too fast while most likely not wearing a seat belt like a moron, went into oncoming traffic, the Impala tried to avoid it by turning left, couldn’t make it in time and got hit by the SUV right into the passenger front door

A door panel is no more than 50 euros, and that’d be pretty expensive already.

I had a look at a ‘91 Caprice sedan a few weeks ago and it literally was the most rotten vehicle I have ever seen. Must have been bathed in salt all its life. I still don’t understand how people can run cars like them into the ground like they do (especially here in Europe where Caprices are exotics), there’s nothing

I don’t know whats it like in the states, but parts for 90s BMWs including the E38 ARE dirt cheap. Apart from the engine (chain guides) and automatic (lack of fluid changes), there would be absolutely no reason for me to worry about owning one. And if you are capable of swapping these on your own, even those are not

Seeing the Roadmaster sedan (and wagon) and Olds Custom Cruiser in that condition and knowing that they are becoming increasingly rare hurts my heart a little bit. I can only hope that they were hopeless heaps before they ended up there. Still a petty awesome event though, would love to join something like this myself!
