I can tell that its a 929 because I adore its successor so much, the only one I have found for sale here is 6.5k Euros :( The two-tone body helped, too.

Do it like I did and buy a D2 S8 for winter! No steel panels, no rust!
I love reading stories like this. There’s nothing better for a gearhead out there than seeing an amazing old car getting a new breath of life through dedicated people like you. It makes me glad that these cars are now starting get appreciated, and more will hopefully get saved before they are all run into the ground.…
I’ve always loved the JDM exclusive cars that were never sold in the US/Europe. The 4-door hardtop sedan was a popular bodystyle in Japan during the late 80s and 90s (with cars like the Accord or 626 spawning quite an impressive amount of variants on a single platform, shared between the different sub-brands) and I…
Thats because this was the typical greenhouse styling of Japanese 4-door hardtops in the late 80s/early 90s.
HOW MUCH LONGER!?
This is nothing compared to a video I’ve seen of another Russian/East European guy repairing some random shitbox Hyundai that basically didn’t even exist in this realm anymore. It was nothing more than a pile of twisted metal that was turned into a driving car again. Absolutely mental. Can’t find it anymore…
Well, I daily a Lincoln Mark VIII, and I’m definitely no gypsy or pimp :D Not quite a malaise era car though.
They are rare but they do exist. I think I’ve seen one only once in Munich. Typical of GMs half-assed badge engineering, the steering wheel still has the Olds logo on it.
Mobile.de is more like the Autotrader of Germany. If you are looking for a craigslist like experience, make sure to check “ebay Kleinanzeigen”. ;)
Amazing, hard to believe seeing this here in Germany. A collection of this size mainly consisting of Mitsubishi of all brands isn’t the first thing I’d expect to see here. Even without being particularly a fan of Mitsubishis in general, there are cars I would love to own (mainly their early 90s highend JDM exclusive…
Awesome, just awesome. As I said multiple times before, I still don’t understand how people could hate a car like the 996, a car so good that its current market prices don’t even begin to reflect its real value. I cannot wait to read more articles about your 911, maybe you’ll even persuade me to consider buying a…
Great answer. My reliable daily driver of choice would be a 3rd gen GS. Since they never sold the GS350 in Europe, a GS450h would have to do. Problem there are now failing battery packs though, which are incredibly expensive.
There’s a person out there who thought this was a good idea.
The worst thing about driving here are people believing driving 55mph on the motorway (highway) without any good reason at all is acceptable behavior. As if some of the lowest highway speed limits on this planet weren’t bad enough, half of the population is slowing people down even further because fuck all. I miss the…
For everyone who didn’t know yet, NFS4 High Stakes actually is the best NFS. Proof me wrong!
>:(
But the R33 Skyline is the prettiest of them all!
But what about the revolutionary carbon fiber tire technology they apparently plan to introduce with this car? And what’s up with that mysterious white line? Hmmm...
A large chunk of migrants arriving in Europe aren’t Syrians, and aren’t even from a wartorn country in many cases. In the case of Calais, only a minority appear to be from Syria in the first place.
