Except that slaapkamers isn't German.

Thinking about the Lexus was different. There's a kind of strange serenity in a $600 car. It might live, it might die. I might find an affordable new engine to swap in, I might not. Either way was alright with me.

Of all the car I have seen being mentioned here, this would be by far the most interesting to read about, and probably the coolest to own. This must be it.

I don't give a shit if the headlights aren't round or if the engine is watercooled or not, what I see is a world class performance car you can drive every day for bargain prices. I am too much of a car guy to complain about a car like the 996 and that is the reason why its not unlikely that I will be able to call one

Am I glad that my dream car taste is much more practicable and acquirable, without being much less of a conversation starter.

Or how about a 2005 CLS55 AMG for 12 grand?:

I have an early E39 so I thankfully do not get the ABS module issues others experience so frequently, there was plenty of other stuff I had to replace over the last though so I know what you mean, and theres still more to come. There wasn't much maintenance done by the previous owners so it did take some money to get

I bought a 528i (manual!) beginning of this year and absolutely love it. Aspen Silver, black sports interior (replacing the black cloth with stone green leather sports seats soon). It handles great (just got pretty much the complete front suspension replaced with lemförder parts and m-sport shock absorbers, was

Agreed, most of them deserved to stay on the road for another decade or so. :(

The only problem is that most of these cars actually have never been what I would call a beater, most of them were clean, very roadworthy E36 with lots of life left in them. Thats what happens if car values are at the bottom like here in the UK, tons of perfectly fine cars are getting trashed or junked. Its hurts to

Wow, they really managed to make it look more generic and ordinary with the new grill, good job. Guess they had to follow GM after they did the same on the Traverse. WTF Ford?

Jalopnik hits new heights in auto journalism, what will come next? A story about a dude making sweet dragon to his Corolla? I sure can't wait!

Omg it happened! Thanks Tavarish!

Always love reading your articles. I didn't even notice it wasn't released yet, having seen the progress on my facebook feed. I cannot wait for the 3000GT and whatever comes next!

YouTube has become the best place for great automotive video content. These ten channels are some of the best.

Love the Roadmaster, not a big fan of the Landau top though.

The 989 isn't that much of a secret I think, you can easily find all you wanna know about it via google. Try finding any info about its successor, the 932 sedan concept (you can see the 989 on the shelf in front of it). Now that's A Porsche I never heard of before seeing this image. Doesn't look too much like a

"Just look at it, there aren't any straight lines anywhere, simply elegant curves that convey an absolutely unmistakeable shape. Keep in mind this car was being sold alongside cars like the "design by etch-a-sketch" Chevrolet Caprice. The RX7 was a game changer."

I love both the sedan and wagon. In general GM's last gen B-bodies were beautiful cars, and especially the RMW will be a future classic.
