You don't have to be "constantly worried." Just leave 20% and feel good about it. Worries over.

I live in Minnesota. Last year we had snowstorms into the beginning of May.

When it's below zero the sun doesn't really help I agree, but if it's in the teens, twenties, thirties and I want to take a walk, I enjoy it much more if it's sunny out.

My perfect year would actually be an even three months of each season. I really like them all and love the changes throughout the year, but I live in Minnesota so I actually get six months of winter, four months of summer, and one each of spring and fall.

"Must"? Geez. The strongest word I can find in that entry is "suggest."

ETA (did we lose the ability to edit comments within 5 minutes?): Referring to the AP article, not this one.

Love this development, hate that the article got a quote from Focus on the Family. "Balance" does not require giving bigots a platform.

I just love when someone on the internet takes in new information that was respectfully presented and is open-minded enough to update their viewpoint accordingly. (Use of singular "their" in that sentence is a total coincidence.) Star to you!

I read from a different post (Huffpo I think?) that they've been working on it for a year. It said the effort was spearheaded by a trans woman who's an engineer there.

Wow, this is actually news to me. I have never heard it used to mean drugging a drink, I've only heard it in the sense XX527 referred to: to mean punch or something like that that's had alcohol added to it. Clearly from the Google results yours is the much more common interpretation, but I have to believe whoever

I really hope the lawsuit is successful. If nothing else, including gas reimbursement in your wages is completely nonsensical.

Yep, fifthed.

Ugh yes. I had a coworker at my last job who was otherwise brilliant, but for some reason did this constantly. "There are some problem's here." "It get's complicated." Like nails on a chalkboard, I don't know how people come up with this stuff.

Just went through and starred every damn post in this thread. Everyone should make it a point never to utter the words "pro-life" unless they are in giant, sarcastic, degrading air quotes.

Ha! Everything about this comment is wonderful.

Hit the nail on the head. 10/10

Of course, Forever stamps are a little more expensive than regular stamps,

A few years ago, after my grandmother had died but my grandfather was still alive, he was telling us about a lady he sometimes played cards with, and he said, "she has the most BEAUTIFUL white hair." It was the sweetest thing ever.

This comment has nothing to do with what I said. I hate the term "pro-life" too. Have a good one!
