Not a lot of people can handle the pace that a company like Tesla requires. As a business owner the best people you can get are the ones that are dedicated and willing to put in as much effort as I am. They are hard to find, but when you do, it is awesome.

There is no plant with a single paint line that puts out 7000 cars in 4 hours. Fastest paint booth in the world paints cars at about 80 jobs per hour (not well). That’s just one of the bottlenecks. That Ford guy is a dumbass.

I was walking out of the plant at 10:30 at night on a sunday and saw Elon heading in towards the production area. You don’t see anyone at Ford doing that.
