Reading comics on a TV is a joke

It seems to alternate between two types of episode. One episode will advance the main season plot, and the next will be the Titans tour the DC Universe. This pattern has been remarkably consistent. Episode 1 introduced our main characters. Episode 2, Hawk and Dove. Episode 3 explored the backstories of a few of our

It’s a pretty good show.

I went into this show totally stone cold.  The only thing I knew about the Titans were what they looked like as cartoons.  I am enjoying the hell out of this show.  My only small issue is that the writers are more concerned with developing the universe than concentrating on the actual storyline.  The pace of this show

I hope they dedicate it to William Goldman.

If it’s consolation, I have a sneaking suspicion that Morbius may do a twofer and kill both Leto’s career as a leading man and Sony’s attempt to widen the Spider-Man-free Spideyverse.

The being exists. Kristen Stewart. Instead of multiple useful personalities she has no personality

Thwaites is killing it, yeah? I think a lot of the Titans’ cinematic feel is brought on by Thwaites’ Robin - he finds the time to evoke the passage of expressions across his face. Anna Diop’s Starfire is all fire and brimstone and Thwaites’ Robin is literally ‘still waters run deep’. It was fantastic to see him smile

Look, on the one hand, I get it. Like I said before, I’m pretty tired of antiheroes too. And if you don’t accept torture in your superhero media, I guess hold off until they drop season 3 of Young Justice. From here on out, I’m not gonna’ say anything that changes your mind about Titans.

Aaabsolutely. I’m similarly a bit of a dedicated Dick-head, and while I was a lil unsure of Thwaite’s casting to begin with (thanks, PotC5), dude’s absolutely nailing the interpretation that they’re going for. Better yet, the show’s execution of Doom Patrol’s intro earned them so many points in my book, and really

I am, and it really is surprisingly excellent. I’m amazed that it’s currently the show I look forward to watching every week at the moment.

Completely agree.  People have zeroed in on the “fuck batman” line from the trailer, and have used that as an excuse to not watch the show.  I’m yelling at them, WATCH IT ANYWAY!!

I’ve been enjoying the hell out of Titans. Love the look of it and the acting has been well done.

I did always think this was cool:

I’ve been looking forward to DC new streaming shows. Will go in with an open mind.

I legitimately don’t understand asking a guy like Tom Hardy to change his accent for this movie. If you can make a Venom movie without Spidey, then I can suspend my disbelief enough for Eddie Brock to be British.

Toy Story 4

Since apparently Henry Cavill is no longer Superman, can we make sure to keep lots of Witcher news in the feed? I know he’s taken a pummeling on here as Supes, but I always thought he did a great job, and I’m a fan of the actor all around. As for WB - well, once again, they jumped the shark. I’m more excited for DC

I am hopeful (but not optimistic) that the Doom Patrol series will be as off-the-rails as the Morrison run. I want them fighting the Brotherhood of DaDa with Danny the Street and Flex Mentallo- Man of Muscle Mystery!

I read it actually, but that part is the same
