Rumor has it the FWD Miata prototype is what became the first generation Probe.

Given that you can turn a Volvo 240 into a truck, farm tractor, hearse, BOAT, or race car, I think the "modular car" ideas been done.

I like the idea, it'd be great if we could choose our own bodies for whatever car we get given the current direction of car design, but there are a few key things:

This is an old article sure, but I still want to share my horrifying drive:

I'd rather just use free stock music, free legally usable and obtainable music.

In other words you want a "real truck", sadly that doesn't pass at focus groups.

That about sums it up, a good design can sell itself.

If Apple ever builds a car expect the battery to be non-removable, in fact expect every single part to be non-removable, and for the car to lack features just so the next few years Apple can drip feed them.

You might not believe this, but its aliens, aliens design strategy was implemented when they made the Nissan Titan.

If engineers were in charge we'd all be driving Volvo wagons.

Hey! That stock music costs $40!

I love how yahoo keeps mentioning the silly ebay prices for various things, yet fails to report on if any of its actually sold or getting that many bids.

8 days later and my response is STILL in approval?

Thats true, maybe I'd use it on a second winter car.

For $55,000 I'd rather spend the bigger half of that on a pre-owned Lexus, and save the other half for parts\maintenance once the warrantys up, if I get any.

Crackpipe, any regular driver needs door handles at the least.

Every Tavarish post in a nutshell.

Anytime, I think its a decent method but I recommend trying out something smaller to flip first, like video game systems, games, and controllers.

I tried flipping myself, its really quite time consuming and you're always paying fees to swap papers around. Its very risky too if you don't know anything about the car model you're buying.

This isn't exactly Chris Bangle related, but, I just wanted to share this with y'all BMW fans.
