Good point, and I would like nothing better than for the NFLPA to strike over this regardless of the consequences. However, I think it would be extremely difficult for the NFLPA to prove to the satisfaction of the NLRB or whoever would eventually hear the case, that the current conditions under the replacement refs…

The NFLPA can and should, at the very least, apply for an immediate preliminary injunction in federal court.
