Umm I went from Michelin Pilot A/S 3s to Michelin Super Sports on my Z3M and will never go back. That car was terrifying in the rain with the all-seasons, but extremely enjoyable with summer tires.

YES I DID IT!!! COTD my life is complete. Can I get Z3M pics though? I’m kind of biased :) Z3M or late model glassback C3 Corvettes. I like my crappier-engined C3s.

The last-gen Z4 can fit an I6 in its snout. That’s a longer engine than a V8. It’ll fit a V8 easily.

The vette has also been putting down comparable laptimes despite an aero disadvantage. It does more with less compared to the Viper. If you trust the mechanical solution, you should probably go back to carbs. That efi in the Viper is liable to just crap out.

The Viper ACR covers up its chassis woes by throwing retardedly wide and sticky tires onto it along with excessive aero that ends up hindering its straight line speed. The 991 GT2 RS is as faster car around the track with less than 1/3 of the downforce. Vipe is the very definition of doing less with more.

3. 3,600lb curb weight for the turbo. Blegh.

Almost as much horsepower and almost double the weight! So much more for your money!

I have a S54 Z3M Coupe sunroof delete sitting at just under 3,000lbs and a 1980 Corvette with a planned 2800lb curb weight. I’ve sat in an e46 M3 before. It doesn’t fit my priorities.
