It’s kind of amazing the amount of shit Subaru/Toyota get with the twins while the MX-5 is literally in the same realm of performance.
On top of the power bump, they bumped the final drive ratio from 4.1:1 to 4.3:1, so more aggressive gearing plus power bump might be noticeable.
If they fixed the torque dip along with that 5hp bump, it would be pretty noticeable, I think.
