@deanb: Tooooooo easy, perhaps. Lets just pray quality control is strong. I wouldn't want all the great iphone games to be lost in a swarm of shoddy game ports on the PSN as well.

@bmart008: Stop trying to do everything. I thought the story was slow, and the pacing was dreadfully slow at first. Once I started doing things when I felt like it, instead of forcing myself to get in a full ritual of links, grinding, and quests every month, it became a lot more fun. Some months I didn't even go

@Goldwings: The last-millennium pop culture references never get old.

*spoilers*

I am most curious about video out support. Most curious indeed...

Hacker man, Hacker man

That's exactly how I would describe playing Lilith in Borderlands.

@bikmate: Agreed. I honestly think GT5 disqualifications give me more heart strain than Amnesia.

This was an easy choice.

@freedomweasel: Most likely the Formula Gran Turismo. It's the only car in the game that is a required purchase. It can be found in the online dealer for around 4.8 million credits.

@Helis: It is a bad comparison all around. Most of the terrain in Daggerfall was randomly generated, as opposed to the carefully crafted terrain in current open world games. That doesn't make the game any less interesting, but the numbers are indeed less exciting than they sound.

@darkboy1200: I'm with you, unfortunately. Every time I see my copy of Popful Mail I want to pop it in... then mild depression ensues.

@Arucard04: You have 12 hours left! Incubate the eggs! I hated those spitters...

I actually have very fond memories of this particular effort. It was a great adventure game with lots of puzzle solving. Like a good looking King's Quest from the first person perspective.

@Eggyhead85: It does. It upscales rather nicely to HD, in the same way it upscales DVDs. It also has a smoothing feature, which takes away rough edges, but has the tendency to reduce framerate. The 80gb supposedly has issues with some games, but I've only found one. The minimap isn't displayed in Persona 4.

@Eggyhead85: Good to hear. I was leaning towards the 5400, just needed that nudge in the right direction. The console probably won't last long enough to even justify another $20. It sounds like a v8 engine when it tries to load a ps2 disc.

@Alastair-: 7200 or 5400 rpm? I'm about to upgrade my 80 bc PS3 as well. I can't decide if the slightly better speed is worth the extra heat. The old console is struggling as it is...

@gametr4x: Or simply have DDA mode in addition to Easy, Medium, and Hard, rather than being incorporated into each. Fun for everybody.

@Brandchan: For a small apartment/townhouse in the suburbs, you can absolutely get a home loan for $700/month, and a minimal down payment. It may not be immediately possible after graduation, but the downpayment is manageable, and it's much better than throwing away rent. Owning a home is indeed a horrible decision
