We are an incredibly adaptive species, you get used to it as it is sufficient for for 75-85% of trips for the average driver.

Mrs. Dunlop is out of town, so I had my pick of the entire fleet (6 cars) this morning, chose the EV. It is a Ford focus with 71 miles of range on a full charge, so it should be anxiety inducing, but I’ve adapted.

Previous owner of my house fed trash pandas AND let them have free reign inside the house. Imagine the surprise, after moving in, when you go to take the dogs out after dinner and have 6 of those bandits walk towards you with their menacing hands and beady eyes (shudder).

Co-worker had one 15 years ago here in states (I believe it was tagged out to Quebec). He gave me a ride home in it once, and I consider the fact that I have ridden in a Lada Niva on an American road a badge of honor. What an awesome little car.
