I mean the alternative is us eating them, so paying taxes on a yacht seems fair in that context.
How can I choose just one?
They made this extremely unpleasant in the 3rd gen by positioning the engine smack in the middle of what would be a firewall. The 460 big block is horrific to work on in-situ, with the International diesel being a close second.
Ahoy, fellow Econotard. I have a flock of Internationals, one of which above in my own thread is being fed to the others.
You had to drain your cooling system to do an oil change?!
The only thing that gives me pause is parts availability. That is probably not an issue for an F-series truck for a long time, but I’ve also owned a Cortina Mark II, where it definitely was an issue.
If there’s less than 3 inches of snow on the road, I drive my WRX with snow tires. More than that, the Jeep is better. Mostly due to ground clearance and the axles being locked together.
Thank god they didn’t know my friend Brandon was in the car.
Doug has done more for car culture than damn near anybody. He’s gotten people who had previously had no interest in cars excited. And that has value.

I’ve always been of the opinion that once I’m dead, depending on who is right about religion or not, I’ll either have bigger problems to worry about than my recently vacated corpse or none at all. Unfortunately... my family. I’ve made sure to give a friend power of attorney and written directive about being…

Cop noted the heavy smell of J&B on his breath, which we wore with the same frequency as his old spice, as he pointed the flashlight in the back seat and saw the three…
The Sackler Family, as the executives of Purdue Pharma, in the late 90's, early 00's basically set out an army of sleazy sales people to push OxyContin (a HIGHLY addictive Opiod) out on the masses of people who had chronic pain. Turns out they all got addicted to it, their prescriptions ran out, realized that Heroin…
Thanks Sackler family!

If you default to Kelvin, you are my hero. And also deeply, deeply odd.
Toll roads should be banned (especially private run). If the registration fees, state gas tax and share of the fed gov gas tax is unable to pay for ones roads then raise the gas tax to cover it. Also if state legislatures would stop spending the gas tax money on pet/pork projects it would be a big help. But for some…
Most declared value policies require a periodic full appraisal and can be insured up to the appraised amount. Saves fighting later. Doesn’t help in this crazy COVID collector bubble at the moment unless your appraiser is real friendly.
