That will work when they are a home or around you, but will make eating unhealthily something to do when parents aren't around. When they become teenagers they will probably eat all the stuff they can't eat at home when out with their friends simply because it is forbidden so it becomes attractive.

Calling 911 wouldn't be affected by what carrier you're on (other than CDMA vs GSM Towers) because emergency calls automatically find the the closest nearby tower to use, even private towers.

On my schools toshiba laptops the fn key is all the way to the right where the ctrl key normally is. Makes ctrl-v ctrl-c and other keyboard shortcuts really annoying when they dont work the first time
