Do you give a manufacturer warning when you are going to post a somewhat scathing review? Obviously you can't compromise your integrity. but a review like this must really sting such a small outfit. Just curious as to how those relationships go!

9.) In Oregon, You Can Legally Turn Left On Red
Many times in order to enjoy a race you have to look beyond the battle for first. Not as security, but still enjoyable.
I suppose you missed the part where I said that the bikers acts were by no means justifiable or acceptable, and that most of them should have been arrested. But hey, I understand reading comprehension isn't everyone's cup of tea.
I'm not saying that Alexian was at fault. But I am saying that he could have avoided it. Insofar as what happened after the accident I've become less convinced of what exactly happened, as one or two commenters have stayed that they can clearly see the bikers menacing the range Rover.
I haven't been able to see the details myself, but another commenter described pretty clearly what happened immediately after the first collision and the bikers actions changes things considerably.
I am being a pedant, and an armchair critic in saying that he should have slowed down more, but you're delusional if you think that he couldn't have backed off that bike before the brake check.
Also, vars typically stop as quickly if not more quickly than bikes.
As soon as the bike cut him off and was driving three feet in front of him he should have slowed down, which was well before the brake check. However, I'm not ascribing fault to Alexian, just saying that he could have avoided it.
Well, in all fairness I wouldn't have rear ended the biker in the first place, which further endangered his family, but hey, you can have fun being a man about it if you're in that situation.
I don't, at all, but people were using activities that happened after the fact as justification for what originally happened. However, another commenter has said that you can clearly see bikers banging on his car after the first accident, so I completely understand alexians reaction.
Oh, I don't think the attack was justified at all. The awesome thing about this country is that in general we can trust the rule of law, because vigilante "justice" is so rarely just. Either way, another commenter has said that you can clearly see some of the bikers banging on his car after the accident, and I can…
I literally can't see any of those details on the video.. But if things are as you described, I agree with your assessment.
Apology accepted.
I will indeed do so the next time I am on a computer. I'm surprised that these details have not been explicitly mentioned by anyone else. In either case, I do stand by comments I made previously on avoiding the situation entirely. I also have never questioned the ridiculousness, illegality, danger, or stupidity of the…
I wasn't riding... I'm too whipped by mom and my girlfriend to get a bike. Anyways, look below to see my further thoughts on the matter, if you're interested.
I'm not going to spend the time to respond to each one of you, so I am going to reply to myself in the hopes that some of you see it.
I love it. Driver runs over bikers, bikers chase after him, damage his car and beat him, people then retroactively justify the hit and run based on damage that was actually in response to hit and run.
And if someone is going just for cars and explosions, they'll be disappointed.
No toyobaru? ;-)
I've never said he had an obligation, I just said he failed to do so. It would have been the smart thing to do. When someone drives like a dickhole around me, I just stay the hell away from them. It's not about what's right or just, it's about being pragmatic and avoiding potential harm.
