Karyn Bosnak has a lot to answer for. She wasn’t the first, just the most prominent of the early adopters. And it wasn’t just her, it was everyone who gave her attention and spread her story.

You’re probably right. How utterly boring. Not that I play the Sims or ship Reylo, but I feel for people who do.

No beds in Star Wars locations? Weird. There are beds in the movies. There are beds in Sims. But no beds in Star Wars Sims?

Two of the leads of Bloodlines 2 are no longer with Paradox either. Two points isn’t a pattern, but it’s worth looking out for what happens next.

He may not be the best, but apparently he’s quite professional. Always turns up on time, knows his stuff, ready to work, and doesn’t let ego get in the way. I’m sure he has off days, but in general he seems to be the complete opposite of those taleneted prima donnas you always hear about.

They got some decent soundalikes, but didn’t even bother when it came to Rey. That’s some odd behaviour. No ‘pitch your voice a bit higher’ no hiring a better natural soundalike.

I love the pause between the crash and the bell. Perfect comic timing.

Who’s voicing Boomerang? It sounded like a good Aussie accent to me, but not quite right. Maybe the actor was playing it up a bit?

This is pretty cool. It’s nice to see a little more inclusiveness. Pushing the bounds of fantasy, in a good way.

I clearly watch too many action movies, because I was expecting it to get airborne. A little underwhelming, though I’m glad the driver wasn’t hurt.

I’ve seen a lot of fantasy game art over the years, but never with so much different cavalry. Good stuff.

Every time I get on my high horse about “Australia isn’t *that* bad, the first settlers were unprepared and also stupid” I hear about a thing like this. Sigh.

Torchlight 3. It’s a Diablo-esque ARPG. While I love the genre, this isn’t a good one. Just... not fun. Yeah, it’s in early access. But it’s just a tedious slog right now.

Well, there you go!

Here’s some stuff about Oz. I know someone who was hospitalised because he would always wear underwear that was too tight. In his younger days, he also went hunting for the Tasmanian Tiger, officially extinct before he was born.

I’d never heard that about Pittsburgh. But hey, fries with everything actually sounds pretty good!

Yes, but I’ve heard that joke too many times in my life. It wears thin. People seem to have only two reference points. Mad Max and the ecosystem. It’d be nice to hear some fresh material.

Nothing like regular Australia.

Why now? There’s already Mordhau and For Honour on the market. You could even lump Kingdom Come: Deliverance in there. Five years ago, sure. But now it looks a little out of date.

But what about explosive? That was in an episode of Farscape.
