I’m not sure I will ever understand this blind-faith mentality.

I have Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Video (with numerous extra subscriptions such as HBO). Because of the add-ons, Amazon gets the most sceentime for me. But I use Disney+ far more than Netflix. I’m often surprised at the number of titles actually on the service (for example, Three Men and a Baby? Whaaa?)
So... Bethesda? Microsoft acquired 6 studios in 2018. That’s three years at this point.
Wow, how quickly we went from “Japan is 10 years ahead of us in technology” to “Japan knows nothing about technology"
Point number 2 isn’t always the case. Control was on PS Now quite a bit before it ever came to Game Pass, for example.
I’m not entirely sure why we, as a general nation, think it’s a good thing to help fill gigantic corporations’ pockets, even if it’s just a joke. Why not go the other direction and provide free publicity to the competition instead? I suppose it’s “less funny” to support the smaller guy... Even though that’s supposedly…
I could be wrong, but I think the images each represent a different Sony studio. So the lesser-known characters would be because some of their studios make more niche games (eg Concrete Genie/Pixelopus).
Sure, but this entire article is about someone trying to find a new term for themselves, then creating a new one when none fit!
Eh? I honestly don’t get the backlash. This entire article is about someone looking for a new term to express themselves. But your response to that exact same thing is essentially “F U, they don’t need any new term!”
Of course, “you” is now exclusively a singular pronoun, likely because it would be too confusing if it could refer to both a singular or plural person.
Is there any work on coming up with a new singular pronoun to replace “they”? It seems pretty lose-lose to use this term to refer to both a single person and a group of people.
But that makes me wonder: Why not simply a hybrid approach? $5 a month gets you access to the basic “classic console library.” You can add additional games to the library by purchasing them (and your Wii/Wii U virtual console games are added automatically). It’s still kind of crummy, but if Nintendo is doing this out…
I’d concur here. I spent two days just waiting in the hospital here in the US because I needed to have an operation, but the OR was backed up dealing with more immediate surgeries. I’m confused as to how this is “better” than a socialized system.
That horse one is 90% silly and 10% an eight-year-old pretending to do it. It sounds more like she’s slurping cereal than anything sexual.
That’s not a paranoia, it’s a reality. Virtually every company would rather you be forced to keep paying them or lose access than allow you to purchase outright. And in other territories, such as Europe, there are laws against selling what is clearly a product under the guise of a “license.” But here in…
But Del Toro worked with him on Death Stranding. So he gave up immediately after finishing that collab?
For me, the game was a bit too linear. I enjoyed the keep-exploring-mother-base aspect of the original MGS (and, I guess, 2)
But, you see, the original was the Monster Energy Cut!
So we still don’t know what the official answer to (First letter S, Last letter L) is?
Certainly! Came for the conferences, stayed for the amazing indie showcases.
