We’re speculating about how well a rumored console’s rumored specs will run a game with unknown system requirements, based on the assumption that said game will be CPU bottle-necked.

Not on Xbox anyway. This reeks of Microsoft adding conditions and Square finally caving in.

According to Square Enix you do not need PS+ to play FF14 on PS5, it’s just that a large proportion of FF14 players on PS5 also have PS+. The situations aren’t the same in the least. This reeks to me of a Microsoft requirement that SE was required to adhere to in order to release FF14 on Xbox.

I think it’s more for the mogstore, a digital store were you can buy digital good like glamour outfit and special mounts, basically MTX store.

By requiring those coins to purchase anything, it ensures that Microsoft gets a portion of the profit even on digital goods, subscriptions and not just the original purchase of

But the timed exclusivity on Remake ran out and it still never released on Xbox, so it does seem to go further than that. Trying to get Rebirth running properly on the Series S could certainly cause some challenges seeing as how the PS5 can’t even run it well, and you know they’ll only want to go bigger for Part 3.

i hope so, i loved the original and the expansion, so im hoping this is the one to get people to appreciate it. ill tell you one thing. a lot of games have wimpy effects for mages. this is not that kind of game, you bring apocalyptic levels of destruction with the maelstorm spell(a localized tornado), and it looks

Over 6000 layoffs in the video game industry, but how many people have been laid off in the Tech Industry altogether from 2023-present? They released a statement saying that they would work to support people and organizations in Florida who were working to repeal the law or have it struck down in court. That is, quite obviously, protected speech.

1) Whether or not Disney should have a special tax district is not at issue. The reason why their tax district was taken from them is.

was just replaying MGS5. It’s interesting how Metal Gear doesn’t feel like a power fantasy, or even “true stealth.” There’s this nice blend of wacky gadget and patience to appreciate the nuance of the moment.

I really disagree, I think there should be places in the industry for artistic expression and experimentation. Not everything has to be a cookie-cutter gameplay experience. While yeah Death Stranding wasn’t for me for the most part I appreciate the effort to try new things and I think we should encourage more of that

I didn’t realize something happening in the past was grounds to dismiss a suit.  I imagine the backlog of court cases should drop drastically now that we no longer have to consider things that have already happened.

Oh come now, they didn’t “lose.” A Trump appointed judge dismissed the case, which Disney would have anticipated and which they will have a response for, and the case will continue. A case being dismissed due to a lack of standing means that it wasn’t even considered on its merits, so Disney in no way “lost.” The

Sorry but a wikipedia page is not a legitimate source for understanding something as complex as copyright law.

It’s pretty clearly satirizing Pokémon and the whole “happy animal enslavement/combat” subgenre with legitimate commentary. Someone might not like or agree with it, but satire and social commentary are both valid forms of expression, even in video games.
