I don't/doing understand/stood the/that question(s). It is/was hard to read/ing.

Rule 7.09 has nothing to do with this play as it refers to a runner going to first base interfering with the catcher, which is the opposite of what was called and exists to give catchers a fair chance at fielding a drag bunt. The rule that was enforced was 7.06
