Firsthand experience says go with used oil from a diesel if you want a rich black. Used oil from an engine that runs dyed gas will give you a nice pink hue.

I’ve got a 2007 Seadoo Wake 215. Only had to rebuild the supercharger twice thus far. Does about 75 MPH on glass water. When you’re going that fast the contact area is about the size of a dessert plate.
