My new girlfriend likes to work on her own vehicles, and is also an engineer for one of the big three. I recently took her our to a drift day with me and she absolutely loved it, wants to me to teach her how to drift. She definitely knows her way around a car and is not afraid to get dirty.

Carbon fiber is too brittle to use for wheels. You would run into the problem of crack propagation. Once a small crack develops it would quickly spread across the wheel.
