The person driving the large, deadly vehicle should definitely take a larger share of the responsibility for safety on the road.
But you should drive to the conditions of the road, not just the speed limit. If visibility is low then drivers should slow down! Driving a great big heavy lump of metal around is dangerous, and people need to take responsibility for that.

Are sanitary disposal bins not a standard feature in public toilets in America? Most public and business toilets have them here (Australia).
That's a very good point. Universities are quite capable of enforcing codes of conduct when they are motivated, and don't even require proof.

They should really be having classes throughout school, partly because they are more likely to remember if it is repeated over time, and stated by someone else, some kids do start having sex young. It could also be a good way to reach out to kids who have been abused, and let them know how to seek help.
The rules where I live are aged based, but make exceptions for children who have outgrown their seats. I suspect it is because compliance is higher with age based rules than height/weight based rules.

Always remember that HR exists to protect the company, not you. Anti-harassment policies only work when they have strong support from upper management. If they are the ones doing the harassment it's safer to just get out of there as quick as you can. This isn't the sort of thing that you are taught about whenentering…
I think either choice is selfish really, but in a good way. That's the goal of reproductive choice - to allow people to have a child when they want, and not when they don't.
Mind you, someone with a reputation for craziness could easily become a target of harassment - because who will believe her?
I live somewhere with very strict rules about not using a phone while driving, so that part of the video makes me quite uncomfortable. But that's nothing compared to the arsehole behaviour and dangerous driving of the guy who crashed. It is astounding that people are accusing her of provoking him.

If the "real world" is going to be so cruel to those students, why not create a welcoming environment while they are learning? Adversity doesn't always create strength, sometimes it just wears you out.
