wouldn't you still be fighting the issue of increased wind resistance. The faster you go, the more it is a factor. If the manufacturer designed the car to have a "sweet spot" of 75 mph, then that would mean that they would have a lower rated highway mpg. Why? Because if you setup a vehicle to be optimal at 75mph

You need to think carefully about this statement about "climate change is man-made". Climate change can clearly be man-made. The dust bowl is an excellent example of this. Nuclear Winter would be another example. Confusing the modern debate of human activity causing global warming is not identical to a claim of

If the contract stipulated that you would use material X, then it is fraud. If it was just expected or implied that you would use material X, and was not contractually stipulated...then it isn't fraud.

Oh sorry...you are right...

How are you "supporting" the product? They aren't going to stop selling kindles because people remove ads or don't buy the ad-supported version. They wanted to drop the price to compete, but they didn't want to do it for free.

There is a further complication. Buying AND Selling illegal narcotics is illegal. The same is not true for copyright infringement. The guilty party is the producer, not the customer. If you purchase an illegal reproduction of a book, you are not responsible for its legality. The seller is responsible.

How is this stealing? Seriously!

I actually researched this one day. Here is the absolute and true reason:

The problem with a bike is that you are a tourist. If you are just going to work or visiting a friend a bike is genius. When you are trying to run around and see as many things as you can in a short time....a bike can quickly become too time consuming.

I think that something is missed in comparing hard work and talent. While many have successfully argued that "hard work produces results" and that innate talent is overblown may have missed the boat.

They used to do this all the time on the original xbox. Who cares? I agree with a whole discussion on DLC content and some of the crazy schemes....but this is a 10 year old practice.

Malware requires that you actually do something. Selling a fake product requires almost no work. How about you tell the guy selling iPads out of his truck(which are really just wood in an iPad box) that he should instead implant those boxes with monitoring equipment so that he can try to steal their PIN numbers?

No one is better than Squirrel Girl.....NO ONE!!!!

As someone who used to have to give a lot of technical presentations, I will completely agree that one of the most important things to do is accept that people are going to rightfully point out problems. Don't get defensive, don't get upset, don't worry about it. The entire reason you give presentations is to get

Unfortunately none of the amicable numbers are happy numbers.

I contend that all war is hell. Not just from a physical perspective, but from a social one.

As a recent attendee of my first convention I have to disagree. Granted, my convention was the Great American Beer Festival.

Also, the sky is blue and people love cake.
