I would think more likely that they had a bunch of usable assets lying around from one of their middle eastern settings and simply used them when designing this map. It’s still dumb and insensitive, I will give you that, but I rarely attribute to malice what can be attributed to stupidity or laziness.

Yeah, you gotta do a decent amount of tweaking the settings (alot can be done through Windows, if you’re running PC). Even then it can still be quite difficult, although I also imagine driving a supercar over a dirt road at 150 mph isn’t easy at the best of times.

I’m loving it. It adds a ton of immersion to the game. The force feedback you get is pretty solid and, while not perfect, it definitely tricks your brain into thinking you’re really there.

Better make it 15k and 150M, just to be on the safe side.  Give me a promotion!

Copyright is not the same thing as patent.  Also, you can’t patent a game “mechanic” but there’s something of a legal loophole that allows you to patent the process that arrives at that mechanic. 

How is “Getting hit by a bus” not on this list?  I can guarantee that getting hit by a bus while eating would be way worse than any of these things.
