So she can finally be with Gordo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was raised on margarine because it was perceived to be healthier and um...I've since tried butter and I prefer the taste of margarine. I guess because that's what I was raised on. Eeep.

I prefer my bridge in the back, thanks.

Out of real cheese? Out of Velveeta? Got GONADS? Time to make vegan bechamel!

If you go with naturally low fat stuff, like ricotta and cottage cheese, it ain't too bad.

No. Low fat cheese is horrifying.

I used to live in the panhandle and made earrings out of road killed rat snake bones, I would looovvvvvveee to get my hands on some of these pythons. They are extremely destructive.

I'm (theoretically) flying back to NYC tomorrow. I will have my dog with me. The last time I flew with my dog I ended up sitting through a random 7-and-a-half hour delay... and that was not the first time such a thing happened. He's a bad luck dog. All signs point to shittiest day possible :(

So could we maybe have a follow-up article on Snakehide Tanning for Dummies?

what's up New Orleans! I've been down here 5 years, originally from Vermont (right on the Canadian border) - I swear my first winter down here I thought I was going to die. NOTHING is heated, insulated, whatnot, and the humidity makes anything below 50 feel bone chilling. whereas in VT it's awful outside but you spend

We can make one!

I was in Sharp that year! I'm from Texas but I spend a good deal of time up north, so my Florida roomie was freaking out and I was like...it's going to be so cold walking to Bruff.

I was just commenting this - I am someone who genuinely gets cold when its in the 70s. And it sucks for people who don't have winter jackets and the like - they're really not worth buying to use only for one or two days every few years, but man it sucks without them.

It really hasn't snowed since then?? I was there haha, at Tulane. My roommate (who was from Louisiana) shook me in my bed like, "Wake up!!! It snowed!!! Let's go play!!" and I looked out my window to see basically an inch dusting of snow and was like, "Pfft that's nothing. Let me sleep." (I'm from CT). We did manage

No! I was hoping it would snow tomorrow night but it doesn't look like it. I almost did the Joan of Arc parade tonight and I'm so glad I didn't.

As a native southerner, I consider anything below 20 "double pants weather." I literally cannot fathom the cold you all are experiencing. Best of luck to you all, especially those who are unfortunate and may lack the necessities to make it through comfortably.

I, for one, endorse this trend. It can't be long before grey (formerly white) bras, period-stained underwear and holey socks become the first choice for rich people too.
I will be sitting on a gold mine.

Oh no! Not at all! We just very rarely get any, and thus have zero infrastructure for snow. I was kind of looking forward to having a legit snow day, but it's not looking like it's going to happen. Everyone would freak out if we had anything resembling an actual snow storm. :)

This is taking it a bit far, but some dogs really do like clothes. My Lhasa gets super excited about his t-shirts, and loves his collar. In fact he thought my partner's bowtie was a new collar for him. Bowties are cool.

Toy breeds along with other short haired breeds require clothing in some climates as they have a hard time retaining body heat. Sure, some of us get a little too into it but at the end of the day for most small dog owners its about warmth and comfort just as much as it is about cuteness. You have to wear a jacket
