I wonder if there are any parts shared between the four banger and the v8 Dmax?

I think that’s the cruise missile itself. It looks like the booster separated from the missile and the booster is what you see flying around.

A mid-engined glass/plastic rear hatch is great and something I’m looking forward to with my future 4C, but the ZR1’s hood is fairly unique. What you thought was a plastic engine cover is in fact a machined-aluminum heat exchanger housing.

Shut your dirty mouth!

As a former owner, I can say that it was quite useful to protect the lower body. Plus, when you waxed the truck you only had to wax the top half.

Jalopnik needs more of this, very very well done.

The Wendover potash mine has been pumping salt from their evaporation ponds to help build up the salt again. It was supposed to be adding an inch or two of salt each year but the BLM hasn’t shown much of an improvement.

Gary Oldman in Hannibal.

Sadly the electronics are not.

So many cool things,

There were two convertibles out on the salt yesterday, a rental Mustang and a rental Camaro. Both had their tops down doing doughnuts while driving through the standing salt. They were covered with salt in and out. People think the water is just salt water like the ocean, but it’s not, it’s about 90% salt by volume.
