I think the basic fact is that Chargers and 300s are available at your local dealer lot right now. The Charger R/T is pretty cheap, then there's the Scat Pack, SRT-8, and the Hell Cat. There's even a 3.6L high mileage option with decent power.

Buy those models with huge year-end incentives (domestic pickups), if the car you want has no decent incentives then buy used.

There are times when the air outside is cool enough to not require A/C but you don't want to roll down your whole window. Wing/Vent windows are a wonderful thing if you have ever owned an old car.

These small windows should rotate and become vent windows, that would be awesome. Look at them they are the perfect size!
