Stupid Tony, Orlando, and Don.
...Comparing a NA V8 (Hemi 5.7) to the Ecoboost.
Wow that course looks like fun.
The old Powerstroke 7.3 is an over-engineered diesel. It doesn't really care what it does or how much boost the turbo is blowing, just as long as the head bolts stay tight and it's being fed enough fuel oil of some kind.
I hate to say something good about Lexiyota but they've engineered their DI engines with extra manifold injectors to spray fuel past those intake valves, problem solved for them.
That motor is from Livernois Motorsports, they were pushing an Ecoboost to see when it would pop.
Towing means stiffer springs which is the exact opposite of what the Raptor was designed for. It's also running 256 pounds of wheel/tire with 315/70/r17-sized tires, it's not going to be quick on the road with tires that large.
Are you comparing the Raptor to that horrible Beluga whale SUV?
Just keep those front shocks working. Death wobble from freeway expansion joints is a truly thrilling experience.
A clean sheet of low mileage (59K miles) awesomeness, 4.0L straight six heaven. Lift it or AutoX, or keep it bone stock. You can't go wrong with a good XJ. Note that price is currently $3,600. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Jeep-Chero…
