Yeah. My gf really wants a highlander but I’ve been pushing for a minivan (I know, ironic). I feel like (minus the third row problem) this solves a lot of issues - can get to campgrounds, can haul bikes and camping gear, and gets good gas mileage.
The only thing that pisses me off is that by doing their price cut on the DLC they are actually increasing the price. It was $14.99, now it is $7.49. However, because of Epic’s current sale, everything $14.99 and up gets $10 off. Had they left it at the normal price it would have been $4.99. I don’t love this fake…
Odds are I won’t get one (based on the fact I already have two cars), but it is very tempting. I have never had an interest in pickups. Out here they are purely a status/signalling thing, raised up and belching diesel. However, I do like the higher ground clearance and ability to occasionally haul things. This vehicle…
Having been in several state/federal parks where idiots use drones, I co-sign.
I love the concept and simplicity but not the price.
Agreed. Either it needed way more features at $179 (larger screen to double as an e-reader) or a price closer to $99 to make sense.
Is it still called “ratio’d” when it is an article that is being destroyed in the comments, not a tweet?
I’m guessing Florida is one of the states that just signed laws allowing people to run over protestors so the cops just need to label the teens protestors and *boom*, no problem!
which include many words that are not appropriate for us to speak in federal courts
I’ve bought a fair amount of Chinese-made junk from Amazon and so when I see these roads and think about their quality control that is a hard nope from me.
My parents had the identical Chevy Celebrity. The transmission eventually crapped out. Those backward seats in the way back were awesome though.
1980 Audi 4000 (non-quattro). From the factory it had around 75 hp so god knows what it had once I drove it (16 years later). Above 40mph it would shake violently as though it would fall apart. Only ever got it up to 55mph on country roads and it was scary. Once going up a hill it started bucking (turned out the…
Or the extreme right-wing views of its owner!
If only his mom blew people we wouldn’t have this dipshit walking around.
I remember reading a case about these and while it was older, IIRC the person destroyed the tracker. The cops sued and lost because it had been placed on the person’s property and the tracker had no indication of what it was or who it belonged to. At that point it transitioned into the civilian’s property and they…
While true, all of these things are ruggedized in some fashion. When I bought these it was about 8 years ago, so the technology has gotten cheaper, but I think making your own also has the risk of making it too heavy (an entire phone, for example) making it more likely to fall out of the thing you are supposed to be…
WBRZ found the device mounted to a pole outside across the street from McKinley Middle School. You’d think the cops would have found it first if it was such an effective tracking tool.
I saw a Bronco Sport in the wild in my small-sized city last weekend. It was fine, I guess. I know it isn’t a “real” Bronco but also I can’t imagine paying over sticker for it.
I mean, the writers did band together in a very literal way and formed a union... and then all of GMG was sold off and a whole bunch of them were let go.
