No joke, a secret dream of mine is to write “Plymouth Prowler: The Jalopnik Review.” I would kill to make that happen.

This depends on the jurisdiction but, in the absence of corroborating video evidence or similar ‘gun-sight’ data, you would never get any traction with this in court. I’ve tried this several times over the years, and it’s pointless.

This isn’t exactly a “have tiger; can confirm” post but I’ve priced parts on these and they’re more in the BMW/Mercedes/Porsche price-range than some of the cars that grace these articles. Been looking for a convertible...might take the plunge on one of these.

Why bother doing something as boring and restrictive as this, when you can do this:

I have seen people do similar things with automatic-equipped cars. It’s a little more likely to happen with a manual transmission because the shifts are damped more by the torque converter and clutch packs, but it still happens if exceed available traction and don’t adjust.

The “Econo Power” battery says it all: crack pipe.

Hell has indeed frozen over: I actually agree with Quebecois about something. Even a stopped clock made by a Fony Franc is right twice a day, though it pains me to admit it.

I forgot these existed. How can someone get one without visiting a Jalop-connected event? I would have loved to have one on my car for the Nevada Open Road Challenge next weekend...

Recent Viper buyers received a $15,000 coupon against a new purchase. This will be my Silver State car for next year if I can use that coupon on it...

They’ll sell one at least...

Yeah, because who need clean air? And what’s a few heavy-metal ions in your nervous system. Gotta have your priorities...

The issue isn’t that they were “caught flat-footed” by the C7, more that they misunderstood what people really wanted from the car. They thought that people wanted a slightly more refined Viper; it turns out that most Viper owners simply want their name associated with a “most-est” and don’t really give a rat’s ass

I know this more about “who” than “how”, but precisely how do we anticipate the aborted fetus and/or dead-people thing working? I’m a little confused on this point...

I owned a 328 GTS, and have driven several early 360s, and the 360 is simply better in every way a car can be better. I love the 208/308/328 family of cars (and their derivatives), but they’re not put together very well.

Nice CTC parking deck picture.

Why did Plymouth put all the effort in to design this modern hot rod, but give it a lame V6 and an even lamer 4-speed (!) automatic?

After laughing so hard I broke three ribs, I then hit CP so hard I broke my mouse.

Not spot-on, but seeing as this is a giant VW...

It’s insanely close to conversations that I have overheard at various ‘water-holes’. Satire from the author, just another day in the life of a wanna-be...
