I had the same thing happen to me when etrade dropped in an extra 150K in my rollover IRA ... I'd hoped they were going to be all "Man, you are super honest so you know what? You keep that extra 150K". They were not.

Tell them. If you spend money that isn't yours it's a serious crime. There's plenty of cases to back this up.

It's an extreme sport if you're doing sport, trad, or free soloing. We're not talking about taking 30 foot whippers here though ... with top roping there shouldn't be any real shock to the body as the rope should be taught and you should only be "falling" whatever amount the rope stretches.

Where are your numbers for either? There's no way you can make that top rope statement because there's no way you have data for the number of routes each person has climbed. You're just making assumptions.

I'd imagine most high schools still have the layout you describe as being behind the times. This just doesn't seem like a high priority item that schools would spend budget on.
