Christie Turlington has amazing facial features. Like, taking Cybil as an example, her eyes, nose, and lips are arguably unremarkable (she has pretty nice eyes) but together they still make a beautiful face. Christie’s features kill it separately and coexist on one perfect plane.

Goin’ ahead and picking my favorite actress of all time, Maureen O’Hara. Just a real cool lady to watch.

Truth! Forget 90210 or Melrose Place or whatever. Twin Peaks was the epitome of that 90s beauty thing. Well, the “white” beauty thing, save for Joan Chen.

Thank you so, so much!!

I had no idea the Josie Maran one was a physical blocker! I am the one who recommended the MDSolar one (still totally recommend it), but I’m going to order the Josie one right now. My skin is super dry now so I could use an extra layer of moisture.

What do you think are the must-have brushes from MAC, maybe ones that don’t have many dupes out there?

Between the Nars pencil and the Rimmel pencil you mentioned, which one is lighter? Or less pink/more beige?

I've been thinking of getting Witches! It doesn't make it break down and pill/flake into yuckiness?

The Stila one is similar I think. But it’s more of a thin formula marker and has the tendency to creep into little skin lines (as I notice swatching on my hand and on my moms eyes when she wears it). The pens are easiest to use for sure. I find gel is thicker, crisper, and wears better for me, and I rarely do liner or

Cool, cool. I haven’t used a pen (vs gel pot) in a while but I’ve been keeping recommendations in the back of my mind. Will bump Trooper up above the Stila one.

Basically you are making a gradient of colors from your crease up to the brow. The trick is you need two or three different brushes. For your first attempt you should pick three similar colors, probably in the tan/brown family (or taupe if you prefer). One a tad darker than your skin, one a bit darker than that, the

Are you guys talking about the KVD Tatoo Liner? The pen?

Cathedral for liiiiiiife!

I used a real hotel iron on my friends hair during a school trip in eighth grade. She forgot her flat iron and was desperate from the DC humidity. It worked!

Love the Bite Opal lipstick! I bought two. It’s perfect over any lip liner you want to jazz up.

The original play had a much less satisfying ending, I believe! I'd love to see it though.

The Babadook was good. At first I wasn’t really getting it, I was like “what’s the motivation?” but when the metaphor clicked I was like ohhhh this is a v. good movie.

That sounds kind of bad-ass though. I looked like a surprised rabbit.

I will! That’s where I got my passport photo and it rocked.

For when you want a little suspense, a lot of excellent over-acting, a metric ton of frustration against a small child, and an ending you can literally pump your fist to: The Bad Seed.
