Sue me, I loved her glasses. One of my favorite on screen kisses, too *_*
VIB is only worth it for free two-day shipping (which you can buy anyways for a mere $10/year). Unless you are one to snatch up limited edition lipsticks that release to VIBs only a week or so before the general public. I myself am not an impulse buyer like that. Other than that I’m honestly not sure what the VIB…
MAC has a lot of bright reds. I’m sure you tried on the usual suspects, so maybe avoid the bright ones and look for more muted, brownish reds or rusty reds? The only tame reds MAC has that I can think of are Viva Glam I, Chili, and Diva (did you try those?). Or, what do you think about darker reds, berries, and…
From one vampire to another, I would skip the Naked palettes for now, as there are going to be some shades in there that aren’t flattering, and it’s not very intuitive for how to use the colors (assuming you are truly a complete beginner). I’d also skip any contour palettes with a lot of mattes shades, because those…
Reminds me of one of my favorite ‘80s movies:
Amen. I love the lavender hair trend. It's actually very flattering as far as unconventional color goes. Plays beautifully off any color eyes.
Aw I hope he's doing okay, the rascal!
UD has a great formula.
I find them uncomfy, too, and I think they make my lips look shriveled upclose. Reds and darker colors hide the shriveliness better than light colors.
I don’t even mind when my lipstick feathers. I think it’s kind of sexy in an un-done kinda way.
Actually I could probably use the lavender one for my waterline since warm champagney colors give me the pink-eye look. Even pinks that I think are cool toned end up being not.
I am not afraid to pay the big bucks and I am intrigued. Thank you!
What IS the glossy stain? Is it opaque? Is it like a lipgloss that hardens like a shell? Is it transfer proof? How does it stay glossy? What are science?
If you commit to eating and drinking very carefully (only taking bites that can fit into your mouth cleanly without touching your lips) they really will stay immaculate all night. I wore one to a dinner banquet once, and then out to a casino all night. I didn’t even bring the tube with me and it stayed completely…
I agree—I’d rather reapply from a bullet. I find that the liquid lipsticks don’t do so well with reapplying (they cake up). So I feel like I am crossing my fingers *please don’t fade, please don’t flake* even more so than a traditional lipstick, because it’s like you only get that one chance. Plus there are so many…
Omg I forgot about that! Toward the end I wasn’t paying as much attention. I rescind you, Jackson!
The relationship btw Lorelei and Emily was my favorite part of the show. They’re both trying to be good mothers but their definition of that is so different. They keep trying to connect but keep misfiring. The early episodes where Lorelei almost marries Max and can’t figure out how to include Emily, *so many tears*.
I recently watched the show again and I think the only good people are Sookie and Jackson and Paris and Doyle. I think Lorelai is a good lead character, though. There are a lot of different sides to her and Lauren Graham really made her. I hated literally all of Rory’s story lines and love interests. Too old for that…
I’m intrigued by your comment. I don’t really think Lorelai and Rory qualify as MPDG because they both have a lot of anxiety, especially about their romantic relationships. MPDGs I think of more like being “chill,” and “go with the flow, we don’t need a label” type of fantasy girl. Also they were very vocal about…
