I think I used a Dermatological gel type cleanser when I used to get all my stuff from the derm. It smelled really good. But oh yeah, the oil cleansers are really not good for mascara removal. I’ve tried a few other than Clinique and Ole and nope, none of them. Especially if you have a stubborn mascara, no way forget

Red is always a safe bet when ordering sight unseen (for me). However if I bought one of these it wouldn’t matter the color because I would never use it, just look at ittttt.

Oh my STARS. THE LIPSTICK IS A SHOOTING STAR AND ALSO A TWIZZLER.

I think his eyeliners are pretty good (though hit or miss on the individual colors), lipsticks pretty good and consistent, and those seven pan eyeshadow palettes I’ve seen good reviews on. I don’t find the brand particularly interesting. The quality and selection of Nars lipsticks are just as good or better.

I am loving the oil/balm type of cleansers, soooo soft. I stopped using any soapy, lathery things on my face. I tried that Ole Henriksen one and liked it because it was like spreading lemon meringue on my face and I didn’t feel dry when I washed it off. It clogged the pores on my forehead though :( . Clinique Take the

I don’t get it either. What are all those silly lines supposed to define? Just use lipliner ever so slightly outside the lines like a normal person!

Colette, Claire, Carolyn, Celeste, Camille, Cora, Colleen, Claudette, Corinne, Cameron, Cheryl, Cicely, Carmen, Clarissa (Explains it All)? C is a pretty solid letter for women’s names.

We have similar routines haha. I guess they’re just afraid of a client freaking out. Ya know, long hair=feminine lol /s. I’m not attached to my hair so even if it comes out shorter I don’t care, it’ll grow back.

Nice! I also prefer Revlon’s lip crayon things to Clinique’s.

Good to know. I think that’s Drew Barrymore’s line.

I think it’s very smooth and skin-like looking, but I can tell it’s there, so I’m sure she could feel it.

Yeah it just kinda melts off your face like a slick of goo haha.

Exactly.

You look great in all the photos. I think the makeup looks really good, is it liquid? That might be why you didn’t like the feel (I don’t like liquid myself). If you wanted a foundation for all over, you could maybe try powder and Clinique makes some good, reasonably priced ones if you like that brand (I’ve used this

Kind of? She’s very friendly and generous but puts her foot in her mouth all the time and doesn’t realize some of her habits are rude.

I don’t blame ya for not knowing. Honestly I didn’t know it was an Elvis thing and I consider myself moderately knowledgable about music (never been an Elvis fan, though). I googled his “logo” and I was like ohh yeahh that looks familiar I guess. I wonder if it’s considered one of the things he appropriated from black

I think it’s been around for a while, at least since it was a lyric in Aretha Franklin’s “Respect.” ETA and a Motown show in the late 60s.

I did that last look this morning because I ran out of time!

I don’t have much to say except that I enjoyed reading this and I’ll take some more, please. My personal style is more 30s inspired because I wear simpler eye looks or no eye makeup and I love lipstick (I have big brows, though). But I find 60s makeup so interesting with the sharp lines in the crease, the white

That story made me really sad :(
