Lol I saw your other post about the diarrhea. I have a coworker who will just be like “WHAT is that SMELL? Do you SMELL that?” Way to humiliate someone right before they’re about to have their long awaited break. She is one of my “friends” in the office and she doesn’t even think before she asks me... what if it’s my

Work lunching—tell me about it. I don’t like to eat a lot at lunch because I don’t like to get full and then have to go back to work. If I eat something snackish like cheese and crackers or chips and salsa it’s “That’s all you have?! That’s not a proper healthy lunch!” If I eat a salad (which I consider a “proper”

Yeah that’s pretty much how I find it works. But for that reason I do like it for overnight use, because I think my skin loses a lot of moisture overnight.

I don’t think it’s drying in and of itself, but it’s just a barrier. So when the barrier wears off, there are my same chapped lips again. My lips are chapped because my skin is just dry and I can get eczema on them. The one I use has colloidal oatmeal. If I remember to drink enough water they won’t be as dry.

I’m not afraid of petroleum jelly, but I’m not its biggest fan because I just find it messy (for day time use, at least) because it never dries. I can definitely see it’s use for babies/kids though, because no side effects on the skin (I think? Mostly true?). I avoid lip balms with petroleum in them because I find

I just hated the fact that girls jeans fit snug in the crotch. I couldn’t imagine why anyone would want to feel the stiff seam of jeans all up in their crotch.

Ohh the wide leg jeans! I did them. The style you and I described is really in fashion for women now, anyway. Loose fitting shirts, straight pants, oxfords (I have a leopard print pair that I love), it’s a slouchy/tailored kind of thing. And thankfully, because it’s so easy to replicate. I love fashion but I just

I’m honestly all over the place. I do love super feminine stuff like tulle, lace, and flowers. But I also love a woman’s tuxedo and really want to own one. There are some feminine styles I don’t care for. Like, flutter sleeves can die.

I wore boy’s clothes in junior high, too (this was like 99-2001). It didn’t have anything to do with my body, just a confused mix of thinking femininity was uncool and genuinely finding the tightness of girl’s jeans uncomfortable. I “grew out of it” and moved on to the world of makeup and dresses, I’m totally down for

I’m like this, too. My limit has gone down to 10:00-10:30am though, luckily. I just love the feeling of waking up, turning over, and going back to sleep. I snooze my alarm for like 1.5 hours. Drink a glass of water before you go to bed. I find it’s easier to wake up mentally if I really have to pee. Get up, pee, then

L’Oreal makes a pretty good cream liner in a pot, and it comes with a brush. The brush is great. The liner is great if you’re not doing anything all day or the weather is dry. If your face sweats it might bleed a bit.

I agree. I have glasses with a shape like yours. They’re “statement” glasses so during the week days I don’t bother with eye makeup because who cares. Going out on the weekends I wear my contacts. If you WANTED to get into wearing eye makeup occasionally, I have two easy tips for glasses:

Yeah I wear my glasses to work and I almost never wear eye makeup when I’m wearing my glasses, unless it’s mascara... mascara I can do but then you might have the lashes smushing against the lenses. On the weekends I wear my contacts and go all out on the eyes. I used to wear my contacts every day but now my allergies

True, I see what you’re saying. I have really “hip” glasses, too and they are definitely the focal point when I wear them, which is most days. I feel like they even cover for me when I’m wearing “too little” makeup or my makeup is unbalanced.

I think the artist did take inspiration from the hair, but she did it right. This pink eye shadow is super cool and the lip stain pops without being over done.

This eye look is fabulous for glasses. I love the whole look. I wish I could have someone do this for me every day... without my glasses on I can’t see what I’m doing!

Those are two of my faves!

It's so true! I do low key modeling for my friend sometimes, and I will try out different makeup looks for the hell of it. My eyes NEVER photograph as intensely as they really look. One time last fall I did a whole red and orange smokey eye so we could get some cool closeups of me matching the leaves...... in the

You could try matte liquid lipstick. Those babies don't bleed. NYX or Revlon make good ones under $10.

She didn't specify what formula it is. It doesn't look like the Audacious formula because it's a bit patchy. In the classic formula my guess would be Jungle Red. If it is Audacious my guess would be Rita.
