Holy crap that’s a cute baby. What a boss.
The Best of Me was bad. As implausible as his movies can be, it was probably the most implausible one of his I’ve ever seen. And I’ve seen Safe Haven.
It's just pale enough that I can use it, which says a lot for any foundation brand, really. Even the times I've bought at the Lancome or Estee Lauder counter they have had to mix a shade for me with white. I do have some pink undertones and so do a lot of pale folks, but I think pale foundations would be best to stay…
Score! I love colorful liner on the waterline. It's subtle but I still feel trendy. It's like the only way I dare wear a fun color like cobalt blue.
Awesome! I'm getting more into cream products myself or just... things I can apply with fingers.
I'm pale too so I feel you. If you try it on the lower lash, put a green, gray, or cool brown (or even navy or black) liner on the waterline; it will be a cool-toned buffer between the red color and your eyeball and should mitigate the "bloodshot" tired look that you don't want :)
How do you like Becca Poured in Pearl? I have the Rose Gold one and I like it, it's like a bronzer on me. I want Pearl because it's white and I'm pale, I think it will actually provide some contrast to my skin color. But I have so many highlighters I'm not sure if it's really so different that I need it. But I don't…
Oh yeah, paler than Ivory 110 or whatever it is. Just a smidge. It is a good match to the middle of my face which is darker from sun exposure, but when I blend it to the jawline it is obviously darker and more peachy than my neck and the backs of my cheeks below my ears. It is not as noticeable in artificial light so…
I love Colorstay so much. Soooo much. It's crucial to be moisturized though. If my face is dry/dryish the makeup will cake. If my face is dewy with lotion the foundation just melts in and stays at the same satiny, slightly dewy finish all day and looks more like my skin than any other foundation I've tried recently.…
Assuming you haven't already tried this... to get some use out of the dark brown in the quad you can smudge it along the lower lash line, bringing it down quite low and smokey, while you wear the green on the lid. That is the look I do with my bareminerals quad. It definitely has red tones so it is a certain "look"…
Yeah this article is such crap. I have the same kind of acne so I totally sympathize... but this isn't well researched or documented at all. Over a period of like what, two months, she sporadically tried a handful of things for a week at a time and then determined that the miracle solution was a face wash that goes on…
I wish they would make a matte or satin olive/army green in the permanent line! The BareMinerals quads are excellent and you can sometimes find them on Amazon for cheaper. But Colourpop is just.... so fun and appealing.
Yep I have Sumptuous Olive. I really wanted the Romantic Palette sometime last year because it's all my kind of colors (the green was what hooked me) but it's not available anymore :(
Charade has been on my list for so long! I'm going to bump it up to the top lol.
Mauve is my absolute favorite eyeshadow color and I have also pretty recently discovered it. I also love olives. I am the colors you described but I have dark brown eyes, not green. Mauve would be awesome for green eyes as well.
The world of neutrals is truly huge. They can lean toward any color while still being what we call neutral. There's also layering. You can put your fave neutral all over the lid then take your accent "pop" color and tap a little on the center of the lid.
I have very dark brown eyes and I've never felt like purple did anything for them (although I have nothing particular against purples, I wear them sometimes). For me it's all about greens and mauves.
Is the green in that quad good? Like application wise? I love that kind of color combo but I already have The Rare Find palette from BareMinerals and it's basically the same colors.
If you still want a matte gray, I love Copperplate by MAC. It's more cool toned than Coquette (not purple, though), and so smooth. For purplish taupes you could also try Satin Taupe by MAC (kind of a hybrid color, could look purple, brown, copper, etc) maybe safer bet to get your feet wet because it leans more brown.…
