I highly doubt he meant it the way you’re taking it. You can copy someone’s generic synth sound, but without a clean original vocal track and a road map of tweaks, replicating that “dolphin” sound perfectly would be next to impossible. At least, that’s how I’m interpreting what he’s saying.
