Really? I had a decent experience renting space there under similar circumstances. I didn’t go for all the social stuff but it had plenty of infrastructure (reliable Wifi, ample conference and call rooms, etc.) and was a reasonable place to work for a spell.

Bill James wrote a book about criminal justice in which he applies a sabermetric approach to jury trials, assigning weightings for various types of evidence and so on, in an attempt to counteract human bias. It’s kind of insane and I highly recommend it.

His legacy will be a generation of activated progressives.

What most people think of as Gordon Ramsay’s “personality” is purely an American TV persona for him. Ramsay as you see him on BBC (and on that kids cooking show) is much closer to the real Ramsay - highly intelligent and highly empathetic.
