This assumes that a blind person also has perfect hearing, which is a stupid assumption to make. Design like this forces people with severe(r) disabilities to be more reliant on other people and puts their lives at risk if they do wish to be more independent. When I was four years old, I was hanging out with my cousins and I got so thirsty that when one of my cousins handed me a bottle of bubble-blowing liquid (for blowing bubbles, of course), I tried to drink it before realizing what I was doing. Thankfully that stuff is basically just dish soap and nothing worse. ;)

I think the point being made here is that you can have all of your protein, carbs, and veggies/fruits in different meals, so long as you’re getting them throughout the day. If I eat cereal with milk in the morning, I’m only getting protein and carbs and that’s totally fine if I have veggies in other meals like lunch…
