Long ago in the 90's they did a survey of American children and found Mario was more recognizable than Mickey Mouse. I don’t know how those numbers would shake out globally, and it was 30 years ago, but I’d bet that Mickey’s profile has diminished more to corporate logo while Mario has remained steady.

While I sympathize with them and Nexon’s case seems weak as hell, this sounds like the sort of thing a legal counsel would be begging you not to do before your case.
