I actually kind of genuinely wonder if it will allow you to max settings in games and just, drain that battery in 30 seconds.

This is my concern too; the advantage of consoles has always been the push start and go capability. No messing with settings for 40 minutes trying to figure out what’s causing the game to stutter. And I say this as a primarily PC player.

I never fully got it either, though I can fully tell the difference between 30 and 60, and everything above that I can “feel” that it’s clearer, but it’s diminishing returns. The difference between 90 and 120 is invisible to me.

But that’s the point, if this is the primary concern, then what does attacking the devs do? Clearly they disagree or else they wouldn’t have done it in the first place, so it’s not like they will be convinced to change course because someone was mean on the internet. And Steam literally created an algorithm so it

Gonna be honest, when I first saw this story I scrolled past it because of the image making me think that this was actually one of the very ads you are talking about here lol

I’ve noticed a significant number of these people claim that they’re not being unreasonable and they should be allowed to review bomb because content was removed/changed without their consent years after they bought it.

Building on this, the suicide scene in particular is markedly different than the rest of the game’s violence as it takes place in the “real world” visuals part of the game as opposed to the abstract white and red Superhot levels. And using it’s signature text prompt to encourage someone to commit has the potential to

Oh for certain this was written with the assumption that it would be leaked, though probably not on purpose. They could probably just count on it considering the history of leaks there.

calling it the result of a bad-faith investigation by “unaccountable State bureaucrats.”

Most of Nintendo’s third party collab merch (Uniqlo etc.) do pretty good designs honestly.

As a tumblr user, this is going to be a spectacular failure. But I’d like to hone in on one specific problem; they specifically state they want fanfiction writers (and persumably artists and other fan content creators) to be able to monetize. Which would be cool except that that’s sort of illegal and opens Tumblr up

I didn’t realize this had actually come out, I didn’t hear anything about it after that appearance at E3 last year. I’m not sure why Ubisoft keeps trying to do this Clancy crossover game thing. Are there really enough iconic characters to support such a thing?

While this would cover them, I think the concern by the distributor is not “People watching an episode might not understand” but rather: “People who see a single contextless screengrab on social media will assume Nazi and it will go viral causing a lot of negative perceptions that will not be corrected.”

They say that in Biden’s America, some places called “Deli” (one letter off from Devil??) make you take a ticket that assigns a number to you. God save us all

See I kind of think the problem was they copied Smash, added a few wrinkles, which was fine. But then got all self-conscious about the “It’s just smash” comparisons after it’s reveal and tried to be all “No it’s different” with that horrible score system and weird controls.

Wait, GameMill?? I know they do tons of licensed stuff nowadays but I will never not be able to associate them with Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing.

Something about the vegetation quality seems rough, but honestly I’m more impressed with the faithfulness to the source material, especially regarding the armor.

Hopefully they say Pawsome at least once and I’m being genuine about this

But will they call it Qwikster

It does pleasantly surprise me about P1 and 2, but I’m much more excited that they are remembering FemC/Hamako/Minako and actually featuring her on her own stuff. I was worried PQ2 was just a one off.
