While I know what you’re getting at- in terms of the way the characters are sexualized- I would also posit the fact that 2B and Bayo are also much more popular/successful characters due to the games they’re from being considered the literal pinnacle of their genre whereas the only game Quiet is in isn’t even in the

It’s Kirby.

It’s a racing game with some sort of “eat food and get bigger” mechanic.

...Except not really because the game is clearly designed to be a sequel and even without the dementors and other silliness, the game’s plot still largely revolves around the fact that the characters are in some kind of alternate “do-over” universe and at least a few characters seem to be aware of it.

Dear Netflix,

To be perfectly fair, that reputation comes mostly from the southern, more populated parts of Quebec. The people who see more benefit in being able to speak the same language as their neighbours in Ontario/The Maritimes

Maybe they should just stop trying to reskin Pokemon GO with IPs that don’t really fit it’s style of gameplay all that well.

While you’re correct that older titles don’t necessarily imply an easier porting job, I’d say in this particular context the PS2 Kingdom Hearts games have the benefit of having already been ported to numerous other platforms.

It’s been a long time since I read Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer but I remember it being pretty fucking excellent so I’m really looking forward to seeing how the anime turns out.

Sure looks like Xenoblade. 80 hours of virtual chores for 20 hours of anime.

If there was any real vision attached to this film I’m sure it would have been very possible to have Martinet voice Mario and just... not have him say that much. I’ve seen plenty of movies with a relatively silent hero and Mario’s world in particular is more than colorful and interesting enough to do the talking for

Im not Ari, but yes. It does. Feels like the best way to play on Switch.

I’m glad they seem to be really taking back the “Avatar” name after being reluctant to use it for so long because of the blue people movie.

It’s not just that the homing attack and springs are present- It’s how they’re used. Go watch the gameplay. Watch Sonic homing attack a spring which bounces him into several other springs then leaves him suspended in midair where he has to either homing attack a sequence of enemies to move forward or grab a line that

Counterpoint: From the perspective of a middle-to-lower-income household, Game Pass is the best deal to ever happen to video games in the history of the medium.

They sure do seem willing to shoot themselves in both feet just to prove they know better than the dirty gaijin, don’t they?
