A good game is a good game. What difference does being on a handheld make? Hell, it's an enhanced port of a fantastic Wii/PS2 game.

Muramasa for 8 bucks.

No, but if your average non-Xbox-owning consumer is presented with the options of:

Because people can go see the movies regardless of whether or not they own a Playstation device. In fact, you'll notice that Sony's movie studios are treated as a separate business venture that has nothing to do with Playstation at all.

Well, I can't argue with you there. I'm no employee of theirs so my familiarity with their business structure is non-existent.

Yeah, I understand what they're TRYING to do. It just seems like they're doing a piss-poor job of it.

Oh, I'm not saying the shows will be bad! I'm looking forward to seeing a couple of them as well!

Well, I can only imagine that if you had to buy and use a ~$100 HBOBox to watch their shows (in addition to whatever monthly/yearly fees they charged), the shows would be pirated a lot more, both for the perk of watching it for free as well as the ability to watch it on the media device of your choosing. That might

Well people make TV shows because people watch TV. They're pretty accessible as long as you own a TV.

So why does MS seem to think this is a good business venture for the Xbox brand?

The game is weird, yes, but there's nothing wrong with the title. It's literally just "Takeshi's Challenge"

Important note to any players who just recently became a fan with the NA release-

All obvious sarcasm aside, this game technically only contains -I think- ONE song from the previous game, Project Diva F (and it's the tutorial song). The other returning songs were drawn from the older PSP titles.

Well, as far as the characters go, some people just like associating the characters with the voice banks they represent and fans have come up with all manner of personality traits and stories involving them.

Pretty sure he meant it was weak as in "it's a silly, convoluted mess" more than "there's not enough of it"

Funny thing is, while all these simpler indie games are migrating to the new generation, the big-budget AAA games are stubbornly refusing. PS3 and 360 are seeing far more big-name releases in 2014 than their successors.

Well... it IS a patch in that you start up the game and it "patches" it with the update rather than you having to download anything separate from the PSN Store.

Yeah, I see no reason at all to drop $400 on a PS4 right now. Not into shooters at all, and despite Infamous looking really cool, word on the street is that it's only about 5-10 hours long depending on how much side stuff you do. Not exactly worth the investment if you ask me.

Mmm. Another Zero Escape game is always welcome in my books.

Yup. Screams generic. The art style? uninspired. Gameplay? Done it a thousand times. Looks like it has little to nothing to do with LoTR other than being set in Middle Earth, aka "The Most Generic Fantasy Setting Available."
