If you want a weightlifting plan, I really like Jim Wendler's 5-3-1, especially if you are over 30 and don't have a lot of time to spare. Slow, steady progress is how it is structured, rather than quick and drastic. But sometimes that is the right way.

I don't know how much he paid, but it was significant. It was also a long time ago (maybe late 90s). Looking at the website, looks like these days Tony uses a team of coaches. Tony might have stepped out of doing ordinary Joes and only coaches celebrities.
